The Setting: Situated on the outskirts of the old world market town of Bampton and the wonderful Exe Valley, the site enjoys a rural river valley setting, yet still retaining relatively easy access to both the railway and motorway network (Junction 27 M5 Motorway and Tiverton Parkway railway Station).

From Tiverton: Take the A396 due north towards the market town of Bampton, passing through the village of Cove. When reaching the roundabout with The Exeter Inn to your right, take the second exit signposted Bampton. The site will then be found a short distance down on your right hand side.

From Dulverton: Proceed South to Bampton, upon reaching Brook Street, continue over the bridge and around to your right towards Tiverton. As you leave Bampton, the site is on the left by the property named New Park.
