Squirrels are on the climb in mixed skittles
WITH Squirrels having won their last two matches, it is fair to say that they are out of hibernation now in Division One of the Highbridge Mixed Summer Skittles League.
Highlight of the last two weeks' play was the score of 540 by Diehards on their home alley at the Lighthouse Inn, with Steve Tindall hitting 92. They beat Hell's Angels by 72 pins.
The second division started their season on May 5 both relegated teams, Five Plus and Summersets, lost their opening matches, as did newcomers Wellington Premiers.
