BIDE David Frederick. Thank you to all who attended the service and for messages of sympathy and support and for the kind donations to ‘Make A Wish Foundation’. Also thank you to the family for all their love and support over this difficult time. Many thanks to the Manor Nursing Home for all the love and care given to David and a special thank you to Ann, Holly, Bruce and Naomi for the wonderful care they gave to David. The Doctors at St James Medical Centre, thank you for your care and support. To all my friends, thank you for being there for me. Finally to Sue and everyone at E. White and Son, thank you for your compassion and kindness at this difficult time. Please accept this as the only acknowledgment.
