WELCH Joan Vera Passed away peacefully at Oak Meadows Care Home, Taunton on 16th April 2019, aged 88 years. A greatly loved mum and nan who will be missed by all who knew her The Funeral Service will be held at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Wednesday 1st May at 11.00am Donations in lieu of flowers for The Oak Meadows Residents Fund may be sent to the Funeral Directors, Crescent Funeral Services, The Old Coach House, Crescent Park, Taunton, TA1 4ED.
