HARPER Richard Keith. Passed away peacefully, aged 70, at Yeovil District Hospital on Thursday 24th November 2016. Dearly loved Husband of Julie, devoted Father of Simon, Mark & John, Adored Brother & Grandfather. A Service will take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Monday 12th December at 11.00am.
